Website Lead-Notification SMS — Consent & Opt-In Disclosure
This page documents how Buildable customers opt in to receive text message notifications when someone submits a form on their own Buildable website. It is provided for carrier and A2P 10DLC campaign review, is publicly accessible, and requires no login.
Messaging brand
| Brand | Buildable |
|---|---|
| Legal entity | Buildable Artificial Intelligence Corp |
| Website | https://www.buildable.global |
| Opt-in location | New-user signup screen at buildable.global |
| Message type | Customer care notification: alerting a Buildable customer that a visitor submitted a contact form on the customer's own Buildable website. |
| Recipient | The Buildable customer / business owner only. The website visitor is never sent an SMS as part of this campaign. |
1. The exact flow
- A Buildable customer creates an account and optionally checks a standalone SMS notification checkbox on the signup screen, providing their own mobile number.
- A visitor later submits a contact form on that customer's Buildable website.
- Buildable sends an SMS containing the submitted inquiry details to the opted-in Buildable customer.
The website visitor is not sent an SMS as part of this campaign. The visitor is not a message recipient and is not asked for SMS consent here.
2. Exact consent language at signup
The checkbox label and the full disclosure shown underneath it read:
- The checkbox is unchecked by default.
- The checkbox is optional — signup can be completed successfully without checking it.
- Entering a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
- Consent is not bundled with any other communication preference or with accepting our Terms.
- Notifications are only sent when the stored consent value is affirmative.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. The signup form as users see it
4. What the messages contain
Buildable may send opted-in customers SMS notifications containing information a visitor submitted through a form on the customer's Buildable website, such as:
- visitor name
- visitor phone number
- visitor email
- a short visitor message
These messages go to the Buildable customer / business owner who owns the website — never to the website visitor.
5. Required disclosures
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-out and help
A customer may reply STOP to any message at any time to stop all further lead-notification texts; we honor the opt-out immediately and send a single confirmation. Replying HELP returns brand identification and support contact information. Customers may also email support@buildable.global to be removed from text messaging. Form submissions continue to be stored and delivered by email as usual after an opt-out.
7. How consent is stored
Buildable records this consent explicitly and separately from any other communication preference, together with the date of consent and the version of the disclosure the customer agreed to. It is only recorded as affirmative when the customer actively checks the checkbox — never inferred from account creation, from entering a phone number, from accepting our Terms, or from any other preference. Lead-notification texts are sent only to customers whose stored consent is affirmative and who have not opted out. Existing customers were not opted in automatically.
8. Privacy
Contact information a visitor submits through a form on a Buildable website may be included in an SMS notification sent to the Buildable customer who owns that website, so the business owner can respond quickly. The visitor is not an SMS recipient in this campaign and is not opted in to receive text messages. Customer mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only by Buildable to deliver these notifications; we do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
