This Privacy Policy describes how Buildable Artificial Intelligence Corp ("Buildable," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your information when you use our AI-powered website and application builder, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We do not use your project content or prompts to train foundation AI models. We may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to evaluate and improve our orchestration logic and prompt templates.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as described:
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent (i.e., your phone number and the fact that you opted in to receive calls or SMS) is never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the Service — including transmitting messages through our SMS/voice subprocessor identified in Section 5 — or as required by law.
We may engage additional or replacement subprocessors from time to time and will update this list accordingly.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, row-level security, and audit logging. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, secure the Service (e.g., CSRF protection, session management), and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from working correctly.

This section describes how Buildable uses phone numbers to make calls and send SMS text messages, and applies to (a) customers who engage Buildable to design and build a website or application, and (b) visitors and customers of the websites Buildable builds, where our customer has enabled SMS messaging as part of their site.
When you submit an intake form, contact form, or otherwise provide your phone number to Buildable to request or discuss our website/application design and development services, you consent to receive phone calls from Buildable and its representatives at the number you provide, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice, for the purpose of discussing your project, providing consultations and status updates, and providing customer support. Consent to receive these calls is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may withdraw consent at any time by telling us during a call, by emailing admin@buildable.global, or by following the opt-out instructions provided in any related SMS message.
Buildable's Service allows our customers to add contact and messaging forms to the websites we build for them. Where a customer enables this functionality, a visitor who submits their phone number and affirmatively opts in through that form (the "End User") consents to receive SMS text messages from that customer's business — for example, replies to inquiries, appointment confirmations, and other business communications related to the End User's request (the "SMS Program"). Message frequency varies depending on the End User's interactions. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data collected through the SMS Program is shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This data is used only to operate the SMS Program itself, including transmission through our subprocessor Twilio, or as required by law.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact admin@buildable.global. After you reply STOP, we (or, for the End User SMS Program described in Section 10.2, the applicable Buildable customer) will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Consistent with Section 4, mobile phone numbers and SMS/call opt-in consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, regardless of whether they were collected through our own intake forms or through a form on a website built for one of our customers.
By providing your phone number and giving consent under this Section 10, you agree that Buildable (and, where applicable, the Buildable customer operating an End User SMS Program under Section 10.2) may contact you by phone call and/or SMS text message regarding your account, your project, or a request you submitted, even if your telephone number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or any state or internal do-not-call list. This consent serves as your prior express written permission for such contact and remains in effect until you revoke it as described in Section 10.3.
Because website and application development involves time-sensitive coordination, you further acknowledge that calls and text messages related to your project may be sent or received outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, and you consent to being contacted at such times. This provision applies to communications regarding services you have requested or an active engagement with Buildable; it does not authorize unsolicited telemarketing calls or messages unrelated to a service you requested.
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
Buildable is based in the United States and our subprocessors may process personal data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
